Trevor was extremely efficient, all questions were answered quickly via email, text or phone call which was a huge help. I did everything online and it was a smooth process as the portal for submitting documents was simple and easy to use. Final signing was done via teleconference with no issues.

I did not have to haggle over rates as Trevor went and found the best product offerings from various lenders. After signing the offer letter, Trevor was able to get TWO rate reductions by continuing to research lower rates provided by that lender and that saved an additional 0.16%.

Overall, we are very happy with Trevor facilitating our Mortgage. It took a ton of stress away from the process. I would 100% recommend Trevor to any of my friends and family.
